Suffer the right way...

At some point in life, everyone suffers. But if you are going to suffer, do it the right way!There are many different forms and levels of suffering, but in most cases, it comes down to two things.
You either suffer because you did something or because you didn't do something.
Aside from grief and other types of extreme losses, suffering is explained by those two reasons. We can regret doing something and we can be happy for the fact that we didn't do something (Or the other way around).The simple truth is that it doesn't matter if our decision lead to constant success, or constant failure. What matters is that we succeed in identifying what option will lead to improvement and success in the long run.Exercise is a great example of this. If we make the decision not to train we suffer in the end because our bodies will suffer. But doing the exercise means suffering in the moment and not seeing any immediate result.Understanding which temporary suffering will help you in due time is the way to end the suffering.
The harsh reality in this world is that you are gonna have to go through pain in order to get rid of the pain.

Take away the biggest stress of your household!

Keeping your home clean is arguably one of the more stressful tasks you get when moving out.It's is in fact a never ending chore that takes too much energy from the residents in every household.
In my opinion, it is just not worth the time it takes from our everyday life.
But let's face the truth. Putting the cleaning aside and letting your home become filthy is just not an option.
It doesn't matter if you live with your family of 10, a partner, or just by yourself. After a couple of days, there is always something that needs scrubbing.
Since I don't like cleaning myself I understand how annoying it can be.
But know that I am here to help you!
I will share 3 things that you can adapt to make your household life a little less stressful.
The advice I have is:
1. Use Entryway Mats - Gets a lot of dirt from shoes and reduces the times that you have to vacuum.2. Organize Regularly- Avoid having a mess with all your things so that when the time to clean comes, it's not such a hassle.3. Only clean once a week- Don't go around cleaning every day, do it once a week so it doesn't feel like the never-ending task it is.Using these three pieces of advice makes cleaning easier and less stressful.
But it doesn't fix the whole problem. Sooner or later you still have to take the vacuum out.
If you want to make this problem go away. All you have to do is give it to someone else.
And of course, I don't mean you should ask your mom to do it. You should ask someone who doesn't get tired and who exists only to make your problem disappear.
